Pricing Policy:

1. If a Fateh Tex Ltd. product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, Fateh Tex Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience caused as a result.
2. All our product prices include VAT and applicable taxes.

Colors:
We strive to display the colors of each product on the website as accurately as possible. However, due to inconsistencies in individual computer, laptop, tablet, or handheld device displays, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the color representation on your screen.

Order Policy:

1. For both Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments (e.g., BKash, Nagad), products can be returned within 7 days if there is an issue, provided that no labels or tags are removed.
2. Home delivery orders will only be processed after confirmation from our customer care representatives.
