Return & Replacement Policy

At Fateh Tex Ltd., we’re all about making sure you’re happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and that’s why we’ve created a return and replacement policy to make the process simple for you. To strengthen this bond of trust, Fateh Tex Ltd. provides the option to return products that are damaged or designed incorrectly. In such cases, we will replace the product with a fresh one.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it as long as your item meets the following criteria:

1. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
2. If the item came with a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned.
3. Refunds or replacements for products are subject to inspection and approval by the Fateh Tex Ltd. team.
4. Replacement is subject to the availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
5. Please note that the Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge and the shipping charge are non-refundable.

Valid Reasons for Return or Replacement

• The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
• Size mismatch for clothing (only if the size delivered does not match the size mentioned on the invoice).
• Color mismatch for clothing.
• Incorrectly printed clothing (e.g., front/back design mismatch, wrong design, or incorrect design placement).
• Incorrect product sent.

How to Return

1. Contact the Fateh Tex Ltd. Customer Care team by emailing support@fatehtex.com within 3 days after receiving your order.
2. Once your return is picked up or received, we will conduct a quality check of the product.
3. If the reason for return is valid, we will replace the product with a new one or proceed with a refund.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds will be processed after evaluating your return.
2. Replacement is subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
3. The COD convenience charge and the shipping charge are non-refundable.
4. If you selected COD, there will be no refund as the payment was not made upfront.
5. For online payments, refunds will be credited to your original payment method once the return is approved.

Processing Time
All return, replacement, and refund requests must be resolved within 7 days of the initial complaint to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
