At Fateh Tex, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you might need to return or replace an item. That’s why we’ve designed a straightforward policy to make the process easy and build a stronger bond of trust with you.
If your product is damaged, defective, wrongly printed, or not as described, we will gladly replace it with a fresh item.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
The item should not be broken, damaged intentionally, or tampered with.
If your order included any free promotional items, those must also be returned.
Refunds or replacements are subject to inspection and approval by the Fateh Tex team.
Replacement is subject to stock availability. If your requested product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
Please note that delivery charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience fees are non-refundable.

Wrongly printed clothing (wrong design, placement, or front/back printing issues)

Contact the Fateh Tex Customer Care team by emailing support@fatehtex.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. If your return meets our policy conditions, we will send you a replacement or process your refund.
Refunds are processed after a thorough evaluation of your returned item.
If your requested replacement is out of stock, we will issue a full refund without any hassle.
Delivery charges and COD convenience fees are non-refundable.
If you chose Cash on Delivery, there is no payment to refund as you pay upon delivery.
If you paid online in advance, once your return is approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. We will notify you once the process is complete.
